At the very least, it shouldn't proc when using skills. I don't even go to nw as a sin, why should I get punished like one?

I think one is enough. I was in frost last night with 1.5k points. Scores were Light/Dark - 270ish, Flame - 170ish, and Frost at 110. I stopped at 20 min in and switched nations. Pretty sure I only got in 1 winning battle. Still managed to get 11 tokens.

Only dresses and (to a lesser extent) tops are affected by the price hike. Which is fine by me as I don't really care for dresses.

Tested on a g11 +2 bow and a g15 +5 dagger. It doesn't change refines after failing. What we need to test though is if it works with normal 1 star orbs. I have a feeling the rates would be the same as a chienkun. Haven't gotten a success after using a bunch.

You don't need bp to solo mob part in there. Just put vortex up and expel.

I noticed it since the beginning. Light had considerably less players than other nations. So they probably got most of the quality gear, and the others only got quantity and leftovers. I tried telling people to attack light, but no one ever listens even if it's painfully obvious.

Wasn't a lot of smart people in frost and flame today. Frost sent their r9rr wiz to lock dark instead of trying to take back land from light. Instead of trying to even it out, they gave light more tokens.

Well that was dumb. I guess even pwe knows there aren't any new players in this game any more.

I've played a private server before. Even those people thought it was overpowered and removed it from their server and forced every caster to reroll their r9. It's not like low levels are going to make any impact against anything above g15. Never said it will stop people. It will certainly help slow them down. Any later comers to nw usually end up being sent to the last place nation. So even if you had 7 alts, they will most likely all end up in the same nation anyway.

The lands adjacent to the base needs to be restricted to level 101 and above. It would help with lowbie alts being placed there to stall the flag for 25 minutes and give higher chances of counterattacking r9r2 squads.

Decided to do some spawnkilling during nw. I stood in the middle spawn point closest to middle of the map. 3 people spawned in or respawned. Activated edged blur and watched them die. I'm not talking about proc rate. I meant that it activates even if you use skills. Telling people to gank them would mean nothing since it will activate no matter what. We might as well be attacking them with 10 aps.

The event only gives fixed color ones. There's still a chance for the normal ones to be in boutique. But knowing pwe, it won't be for another year.
