    Yesterday I can tell you Frost won Harshlands, Flame came 2nd, Light 3rd and Dark 4th.
    Friday it was Light winning by a mile with Flame absolutely trapped in their base, Dark 3rd and Frost 2nd.


    Overall Frost tends to win A LOT. Light sucked at the beginning and came fourth for like 3 weeks straight after Nation Wars initial release, has gotten 1st the last 2 weeks or so, but now it seems it's back to doing poorly.

    Do Flame usually come last on other servers too? Or is it just our server's tradition?

    That's the kind of question I'm trying to answer with this thread. So if you could get screenshots for me of 1st through 4th place I'd appreciate it. You can blackout the personal credits if you don't want people to know that.

    Flame does badly because of map imbalance. If you divide the map up by distance from HQ, flame and dark are the worst while light and frost is best.

    I'm not quite sure why dark does better than flame usually though. I think people just like attacking down... or maybe dark has an easier time defending lands in the corners.

    It's because fire burns are kids are trained from a young age to stop drop and roll. Thus we instinctively want to put Flame out.

    Flame is the only nation that can not cut off a large portion of it's opponent's lands from base in 2 moves, rendering those nations unable to defend aforementioned cut off lands. That is all it is really. Flame has a map disadvantage.

    I don't consider this a flaw, I consider it a feature. More luck of the draw and what not.

    EDIT: Today Flame came in first on Lost City. Light came in second. Not sure who third and fourth were. I have no screenshot, you can either take my word on it or wait for an update from someone who bothered.

    I think this is the highest score ratio out of all the ones I've seen. it's 1.7:1.0:2.9:1.1 with light being 2.9 times higher than flame.

    Wasn't a lot of smart people in frost and flame today. Frost sent their r9rr wiz to lock dark instead of trying to take back land from light.

    Instead of trying to even it out, they gave light more tokens.

    Awesome! I keep closing it out since people like to try to kill me when it's over, I guess cuz i'm low level and they wanna pad their pk count. It doesn't work cuz i just run and press leave, but doesn't stop them from trying. b:chuckleb:surrender And now I'm so used to it happening even when it doesn't, I do it by reflex w/o taking the screenie. b:surrender

    Has anyone ever seen a nation war with a side that lost worse than this?

    Frost nation was baselocekd pretty much the entire war. They had one push towards light where they managed to get to their base. But then the people in a5 decided to leave lights base after only one victory and frost was quickly baselocked all over again. In addition there were 60 people in base for almost the entire war, even when it wasn't locked. Just afk. b:lipcurl I got hardly any battles at all.....and Frost Nation at a whole did not manage to even get 100 credits to split amongst the entirety of the nation. By the way that score was not low enough to receive no tokens at all. I still got some. So should give you an idea oh how low other people's scores must've been as well since they could not get into any battles....

    I was in Frost and I was pretty annoyed by it. That was the worst nw I have participated in and I've done it on both DW and HT, though not has often on DW. I do wonder if any server has done worse than that. From what I seen the other side usually at least breaks the 100 mark. :\

    I thought the time I saw a nation (forgot which one/server) only make 97 tokens was bad but that there is, frankly, beyond ridiculous. Makes me kinda glad I wasn't there for it because even if I were in Light in that one all I'd be able to do is shake my head in disappointment.
