Well just got answer =) You need to do full Delta to open OHT 4 map called Monshade desert. So when u do full delta you can enter there. Good luck

I have same problem whit that quest too. I checked all OHT 1 2 and 3 and quest lead me somewhere else is maybe there OHT 4? if so can someone please reaply here who done that quest.

I came there like you guys says at 10 pm servers time, and pillar did not show b:sad so im gonna try tomorrow at 8 pm server time

Thanks to support team for changing my email =) But I'm still wondering do I will get anniversary gifts on that new email? (I'm a player of PWI from July last year) Because at old email can't get them =/ Or i need to wait for a next year....
