Having a problem with OHT 4

I can't seem to get the quest for Moonshade Desert which i kno your suppose to go see the messanger of time and they give you the quest but it isnt there btw i'm doing my celestial demon quest so anything helpful will do :P b:thanks

    I have same problem whit that quest too.
    I checked all OHT 1 2 and 3 and quest lead me somewhere else is maybe there OHT 4? if so can someone please reaply here who done that quest.

    Well just got answer =)

    You need to do full Delta to open OHT 4 map called Monshade desert. So when u do full delta you can enter there.
