Just thought I'd mention that when at 400/450 (working toward Tier 1) if you add a Tier 2 origin orb (120 nuema) you get a reduction of 20 points, leaving you with 50 points in tier 1. I'm having exactly the same problem. I get to my character screen and when I try to select character and press "Start" I get "Unable to connect to server" message followed by "Disconnected from server" message. Edit: I can get in now. Annoying hiccup I guess.
