Definitely it is not fault of pwi staff. If player can't prove, that some account is his/her own, then this is problem of the player.

No, they had not been removed. I saw Ancient Spearman during few hours may be until moment, when this boss had been killed by high - level players at the end of 2x. Edit: But this is very rare event: world bosses being killed very fast after re spawn moment usually.

Cleric can do it at low levels. About coins ... it is possible also for Cleric. But BH is same as for all classes. Drops and quest's rewards are not related with Cash shop items though, what mean same work for high level equipment.
