The benefit to delta with sage DB is that as long as you're alive the odds are pretty low that anybody else is going to die. The other squad members just won't be getting hit much if at all. Because obviously nobody plays wizards anymore, not even myself. I'm actually a blademaster with an arcane build. They only think I'm casting ice dragon when it's actually just a really buggy HF with positioning lag. Good thing nobody's caught on yet.

The only boss I ever use DB on is the earth boss in Warsong mostly because interval users chew through 300k hp so fast that I might as well just set up to catch the monsters once they spawn. This boss has low hp but I've never managed to take aggro from an aps tank. I can't guarantee it would work the same way with a barb…

No, sage DB definitely generates a lot more aggro. I also tested this with no weapon, no tome, and no rings vs. a wizard with DB10, a +10 lunar, and the +45 magic tome. I still got all aggro.

The monsters are definitely possible if done correctly. Also while Snakefist and Obscure Reaper are out of the question not all the Warsong bosses are hard. However one problem that nobody mentioned is going to be the four hour time limit. The monsters take some time to kill, especially when they have to done one by one.
