You shouldn't worry too much about your armor until about lvl50ish. Your healing/defense/hp are pretty bad until that lvl, so even with good armor it won't make a huge difference. Probably the same built I used for my cleric. Lots of magic with some vit but I will focus on getting hp out of my armor. I create my own build based on what I feel need improvement every lvl. It has worked wonders for my so far on cleric. b:victory

PvE for sure. I like PvP but I have a bad habit of going afk a lot while outside safe zones, so I am staying with PvE. Plus I love the Heavens Tear server and would not part with any of my friends. (Not to mention they would hunt me down if I tried. b:shocked)

Up to about 30 you can lvl easily by just doing quests. After 30 you get your first daily which will speed up lvling. Also after 40 you get to do Bounty Hunter quests as your second daily quest.
