I dont think is useless, unless you love to play and pay for a glitched game. and consider some glitches have several... i repeat, several months. And no, i can't help them because i don't work at PWI, if i get paid to keep the game in shape i would take my time to see why it glitches, but it's PWI's maintainance team work…

Yes i have the same problem.. we buy Dyes with real money but the only freakin' option we have is 'random'... ALL is random in this game and can't understand why. Well, i was requested to send a ticket so i'm writing here. Yesterday (04/10) i bought 5000 zen via PayByCash, it passed more than 24hs since that and i still dont see my ZEN (now 30hs since i bought it!). Can any PWI responsable tell me what is going on please?? I would like to get my ZEN.
