PayByCash & Paymo Fails!

Im a usen in Argentina, liek two month ago several payment offers in PayByCash dissapeared and appeared the Paymo option which is quite useless, it only allows to charge 10 ZEN.

I already posted a thread of this but GMs ignored it.
Anyone has any idea about what is goingon or new ways to buy ZEN that does not include a credit card or bank account??

    Mmm i don't see the slightest interest from pw staff to even get money or answer customers question, nor server maintainance... Certainly this organization is going down as many others i've seen on internet.

    Looks like pw people got bored of keeping their servers in shape so lag now is shamefully high, payment options are failing, payments are getting stuck and no one even takes the responsability, its simply LAME.

    April 2 i purchased Zen..the money has been deducted from my bank account(that SAME day) ...it is now April 6th and my account is still "ZENLESS".

    I doubt seriously that PW really cares..they all ready have MY money..but just thought I'd let other gamers know of the issue.

    In your case, you will need to contact PayByCash directly as this is as issue with their services for your region. Unfortunately PWE cannot do anything about one of our payment options removing the ability to use certain options in their systems.

    Your payment is what is called an eCheck. EChecks behave exactly like a normal paper check in that they require several days to be processed and have the transaction completed. You can check the status of your eCheck from your own PayPal account by logging in and proceeding to this transaction in your PayPal wallet. They will give you an estimated time for when the purchase will complete which is normally a window of up to 5 days. Once you are actually charged for this transaction, your ZEN should arrive to your account within the next 48 hours.

    To have your purchases process faster, you will need to attach a debit or credit card to the account as an alternate/backup funding source. By doing so, your purchases will then be qualified as "instant" meaning that they typically are charged and delivered within 24 hours of the start of the transaction.

    Remember that you always have the ability to check the status of your own transactions by logging into your own payment account and checking the status or looking at our charge page which will display the most recent payment status for the transactions.
