Zen charge time?

Yesterday i charged ZEN via PayByCash, it's the first time i charge ZEN in this server and this account so i don't know how much time should i wait.
I only know that it takes a while but maybe a GM or Mod could tell me if you have any information about this? or if something happened that don't let them charge the ZEN?

    Seems a lot of first time "chargers" have to verify their information through an email sent. And I believe it is a 2 hour window for that verification....

    Yeah like Rose said. First time you charge zhen from an account they often send you an e-mail and ask to verify its you. The mail will come to the e-mail address you registered your account from.

    It happened to me when i charged zhen from my alts account once. If it still sais "pending" on the purchase zhen page they most likely sent you an e-mail.

    I guess they're just making sure its no **** credit cards etc.

    Verification for first time buyers is purely a security measure to prevent fraudulent payments and activity. If we did not have such a thing in place, our games would be more rampant with gold farmers and gold spammers ;).

    I just got my ZEN charged, i guess it got a bit delayed or it's normal time... i don't know but all is good now.

    And thanks all for your answers, it's good to know those things, i didn't have a clue about that. b:cute
