Purchased ZEN but got nothing!

Yesterday (04/10) i bought 5000 zen via PayByCash, it passed more than 24hs since that and i still dont see my ZEN (exactly 29.5hs since i bought it!).
Can any PWI responsable tell me what is going on please?? I would like to get my ZEN.

    Well, i was requested to send a ticket so i'm writing here.

    Yesterday (04/10) i bought 5000 zen via PayByCash, it passed more than 24hs since that and i still dont see my ZEN (now 30hs since i bought it!).
    Can any PWI responsable tell me what is going on please?? I would like to get my ZEN.

    Instead of moving the thread, why dont i get a decent answer ABOUT WHERE IS MY ZEN???

    i paid for it and i want it, so far no one got enough dignity to answer. b:angry

    In the future, limit yourself to one thread for your issue and please wait until someone can answer your question. Lucky for you, I am here today and am able to assist you.

    PayByCash payments are not sent to Perfect World Entertainment until they are 100% completed. If you have made a purchase and feel that your payment should have completed but has not shown in your wallet, this means that your purchase is not completed with PayByCash yet and this can be for any reason.

    We advise that you contact them when this happens to see if they need any additional information or assistance from you to get the transaction completed. Once the purchase has completed and the information is sent from PayByCash to our billing systems, your account will automatically be awarded the ZEN for the purchase. Anytime you have this happen with a purchase through PayByCash and you do not see the payment on our side, there is something preventing the purchase from being completed within the PayByCash system.

    Thanks for the reply, at least someone has interest in looking the forum.

    Btw, are you the only GM these guys have here? i only seen you responding in forum... but its 1 to answer to... how many? 500 or more posts?

    Maybe its time to wake up your partners so they start working too (i even tried to contact them in game but ofc its impossible, they never answer/login).

    PS: The second thread was originally posted in technical support, but they just limited to move it here and forget the problem... >_>
