I have to agree with that dudes statement.. If your in a PK zone, your a target. If you don't want to get killed, stay the hell out of the PK zone. Level isn't anything but a number. So what if someone kills a lowbie? It's not anyones fault but the lowbies for being in the combat zone.

Well... The class that can meet a little of your criteria would be an Assassin. Pretty powerful in close, and because of it needing Dexterity to function, can also use bows. (range) As for AoE, I'm not sure if a Sin has that, but close to your ideal. As for mobs... Well, depends on the mobs.
