How do you deal with cell phone companies?

How do you guys deal with cell phone companies charging you for things you know you have not used? I've been getting charged $90 a phone bill when I should only be getting charged $60. I never go over my minute allowance and I CAN'T go over on texting, yet somehow they manage to tack on $30 extra ?? Something isn't right.

    Maybe you should try giving them a call and finding out from them? That would probably be the easiest way of finding out what the problem is.

    I've had this issue before. What I do is call the company over and over again, talk to a rep who is nice enough to remove the extra charges. A big hassle and it's irritating not to mention, but I'd do anything to get the charge off my bill, even if they remove half because of my misunderstanding.
    I quit PW and all its games it had to cater to me. I'm off playing a better pay-to-play game where I experience no glitches, no spamming LF squads, lose stuff in PK mode, lose exp on death or anything for cheaper price than what I paid for here. However, I'll still be lurking around pwi forums from time to time. Quit Date: March 4, 2011 RIP my beloved characters. b:bye
