Actually HF is 6 seconds from lvl 1 and amp increases with leveling, 55% amp at lvl 1 if i remeber right

That's skill called Tide Form that u can learn at lvl 1

It's actually pretty fun to kill the 150 lvl mobs in OHT/VoS and they give decent exp
