yeah, at your lvl i used to lvl 2-3 lvls a day... and at lvl 19, in that FB mission, do squad. and wen you finish it, you get an awesome blue glowing weapon (i used mine till i was like 30 lvl)

many ppl tell me its a waste of time .. but if this is cube of fate, then i cant wait to go there :D i cud use that 1 mil ;D to get me a panther (yes, i know im not 40 yet, but i will :P)

i think they are used to increase the duration of your aerogear. try dragging the stone into your aerogear and see wat happens.
