Problems

So, im guessing 1482 ms ping is unplayable -_-
i was playing just fine (not so fast as this is a shared 512 kb/s connection) when all of the sudden today wen i logged in it got slow. my messages started appearing later than usual. i log out after playing for a while and then wen i log in, i cant play >_>
wen i close pwi, it shows my Wi-Fi as no internet but connected to local. it reconnects in a few mins.
in pwi, if i move around.. sometimes wen i login again, im at the same spot where i thote i was disconnected.
also, i have been having problems signing into WLM and high ping servers in counter strike: source (200 ms ping more than before, same server) if thats any relevant.
btw, i can web-browse -_- internet gets dc just wen i log in pwi :S
hope anyone can help. maybe this is my internet connection provider problem but wanted to make sure it aint anything else :)
