Is This Barb Good ?

Please tell me if this barb is good.
Level : 33
VIT : 57
STR : 91
DEX : 35
Magic : 14 (yeah, no magic. i didnt no that until i was .. i donno remember the lvl. but wanted to wear the arcane armour and put some pts)

Skils : i folowed the guide, so it wud be good.

so, according to the lvl .. is this barb good ? if not, how can i improve ?

    Stats at that level should be (for a tanker build, which is recommended):
    100 STR
    21 DEX
    54 VIT

    So focus less on Dex, more on Str. Vit's okay. You may want to get a reset scroll for that mag.
