I thought part of the reason for creating a stickied complaint post was to avoid the forum page from being flooded by similar topics of complaints. I foresee a possible problem of the first page of the forums being flooded on a future update with issues.

Yes, stream of rejuv can outheal IH, but only if the initial heal of stream of rejuv is applied. Due to the longer channeling time, channeling reduction equippment will improve stream of rejuv more than it will improve IH. IH is cheaper in mana. Imagine this PvP strategy for fighting a BM or a Barb. Equip Assassin with a bow, attack from range and stealth to avoid any damage when they get too close. Talk about kiting, a dex based Assassin with a bow could be devastatingly annoying.

With assassins already focusing on dexterity, they could use a bow and deal similar damage at range to an archer. Archers are stuck limiting their attacks to avoid agro. The archers advantage could be reduced to just the initial sharp.
