Cash-shop item with a month or so cooldown. It's just a game, and it's not really unfair. Those who started on PK servers have the experience of leveling there, as well as not having to pay to enjoy more of the PvP aspect of the game. Probably a few on PvP servers who would like to switch over to PvE servers as well.…

Can't really be considered messing with the game code x) Does more good than harm at least, and only enhances the gameplay. Many player contributed addons have later been converted as a standard game functionality in other games. So addons could be a nice way of giving suggestions... Well anyway, just too bad addons…

Just started doing the BH dailies, and been healing on both. Quite slow casting time, so tried to anticipate incoming damage - and overhealing never hurt anyone x) Last time now tho, we were two wizards switching between damage and healing xD
