if you never spoke to the tellus teleport master then you did not activate the waypoint. you can ask a lvl 100 Psy to summon you, ask for a squad signet if someone has one, or have a guy carry yo back if you are female.

there is a map for that room.. there is only 4 options. but what i did was made a grid and wrote it all down filled it out before starting the timer. made sure i had it all planned. start timer, go to each one and set them. I have never failed that room I actually find the rooms 51-60 easier then 1-50
