What I meant is that it becomes redundant at end game. My charm rarely ticks in PVE while I hit stuff, hence 50% more heals become redundant (as in I already heal more than bosses / mobs hi t me for). Before Avatars and Primal I would have said yes, sage BP is major in pve, now, not so much

With aps gear, r9rr dagger and empeor im standing at 599 dex, got average engravings (one of which is vit) so if you look at full r9rr sins they can have well over 700 dex :p
