There's no such thing as a pattern for getting the "best" LP. I spent 25 million spirit points on 10 Zeals. Eight of them came out with low LP by the time they hit level 40. On the last two I got 63/90 and 70/90 respectively.

I had an important exam one day, and I needed to be in another city to take that exam. In the morning I got myself some beers, peanuts, played loud music and joined in on a PK fest outside West Arch. b:laugh I left town to take that exam AND passed it, although I was a little tipsy. PWI =fun times.

A level 100 assassin with maxed Subsea and Earthen Rift will OBLITERATE a cluster of arcanes in TW with just Rank 8 daggers unsharded and unrefined. I am just telling you from experience, afterall...you'll love your AOE attacks once maxed. b:pleased

What Bellarie said. Also, I'm F2P and have a level 100 character with rank8 and halfway to 5 APS...character built in a reasonable amount of time, which is about 6-8 months. You can't start complaining if you don't start out somewhere. Know that fable with the fox and the grapes ?

There are TONS of 'sins in Archosaur sporting Hitman Legend. The badges/signs market is booming, to my surprise. @OP: The most accessible option is definitely the Hook & Thorn, which are a good choice till level 100.
