Bogatir - Heavens Tear Arc User

i have the problem on all my toons but never noticed it on my alts as i usually don't play them much. i'm also wondering why i have 2 arcosoverlay and 4arcosbrowsers running just for 1 client.

tested memory in both DOS and windows environments and no errors. never needed to run as admin for almost 6 years but tried it as suggested. no help. this started with eclipse and has me stumped. but it takes over 5 hours to crash so i watch and relog when needed. for now i'll have to live with it. thanks for ideas tho

ok i've run as admin off the compatability tab and as full administrator and still have the same problem with memory. really not sure there is anything i can do about it other than exit game every 5 hours and relog. ty tho

yes i am running as admin. game runs well, the only problem is with elementclient ram usage climbing till it crashes. right now i just log out when it gets high then relog.

it is a memory leak. i can watch ram usage climb on the keyboard lcd. in task manager i can see elementclient ram usage continue to climb. when it hits 40% it will crash and give the bug report. it usually takes a bit over 5 hours. here is the dxdiag. i also run on linux thru wine. cannot do meridian, it won't open so i dual boot and use windows to update meridian. haven't found a fix using linux and wine.

i run archlinux and it runs great. the only real issue i have is about every 5 or 6 trips through the cube it will crash me to desktop. never figured that out so i just live with it. the link Tiageas provided should get you set up. another thing to check would be the guide for PW on the wine forums. good luck
