    hey, i was gone for a while myself, still want a new icon, and lolgasmic was pretty much spot on about what i wanted, and yea i was in a bit of a rush that day, anyway, would be awesome if we could get that icon, thanks :) b:victory

    Type of request: A form of water, or a symbol, which can be fitted and formatted to be uploaded.

    Description:
    I've thought of three different symbols, and I tried H2O as letters, and that's too mcuh and doesn't show well, so sticking to one symbol for now.

    I've realized after I posted, that none of my images were displaying, but it's okay..I went ahead and figured out how to design the logos.

    Description: As the name says I'd love to have a Heron with a transparent background as icon. If it can be in flight that would be really cool, but not sure if its possible with the size limit, if not a standing one would also be ok. As for the colors white would be cool, but probably with a border so one can see it on all backgrounds? Or as an alternative maybe golden, if you could try out both would appreciate

    Hello!
    Could you do me a guild logo? The Estonian flag logo would look like, it should be very easy, after all? I tried to do this several times, but still did not like that, which could be utilized to upload. I would be very grateful if you can help!

    Hello, I was wondering if you still fix pictures for faction icons since I'm having a little bit of trouble doing it myself. If you could help put it in this right form since i don't have photoshop.

    Type of request: fixing the type of format of the file

    Description: this is about my faction icon that i want to use but it is not in the right format to submit. The staff had requested this "The icon image must be sent in as a BMP format and must be 16*16 pixels with a RGB color mode." and also "save the BMP as 32-bit vs 24-bit" I do not want the background of this photo to be transparent, i would just like the format changed to be able to submit. Thanks!

    Description: i have a pic that i need the right type of format and sizing also with a clear background (no white) *couldnt remember the word for it haha.

    I made an Faction Icon and uploaded it to PW but it did not have a transparent background. I cant find the original and cant seem to make it as good as I did the first time. How can I download my icon from PW? For some reason support says they cant (or wont) do it. I'm stuck

    Description: I've got 2 ideas about faction icon, but the last word will belong to my fac mates so I'm not sure yet, which one we'll use. If possible, could u make a preview of each pic? I am really affraid that they end up as a dot of color lol
    In both case I'd like to have their background removed and changed to transparent, so there will be only moon visible in game :)

    Hey there,
    I only would like to ask, how to do the magical trick with the BMP transparency... I've tried every option, also in >Advanced modes< settings on the BMP options window (I use Photoshop CS6 mainly, but own other versions too), and the result is the same: an icon, with white background. :(

    Can anybody make it clear for me, detailed, how exactly can I turn the background off...?
    What PWi requested to be, made my icon, again, with white background... xD

    The pictures are gone as its old but dont worry, you dont need them. The directions are clear enough and if you read down a bit in the comments there are a few tips for keeping transparency.
