Where i can get Wings for the new Class?>

Hello, am already 15 Stormbringger and i don't have Wings yet and i have quest that need wing so i can go to the location like SKyline Loft and Sigil Palace, i can't processed witout flyers, hope someone can help me.... b:sadb:sadb:cryb:cryb:cry

I spoke to an npc on the ground (an elder in one of the small towns - cant remember which) and his phoenix flew me around and then up to where you get your flying rollerskates.

if your character is female you could ask someone for a lift up.

If it's anything like tideborn city or dawnglory there should be a mechanism on the ground somewhere to get up - look for a glowing disk or teleporter i guess.
