I don't agree! Split the receivers (of the orbs, event gold etc) into two camps. Put those that glitches the site into one camp, those are the ones that abused and should rightly be punished but there is the other camp who may well got more than the 3 orbs because after doing it once the page said "please wait ten minutes and try again" now I'm sorry but 99.99999% of the people on the forum/in the game would duly wait 10 minutes and try again quite frankly you would be a liar if u say you wouldn't! People would sit and wait 10 minutes all day and get as much as they could if they had the opportunity. It's the lack of opportunity that ppl are more annoyed at.
Yes the Exploiters who did something outwith the normal parameters to fluke/dupe the system should have been banned indef but let's not tar everyone with the same brush just because they got more than 3.
Now before you all shout "oh how many orbs did u get" I got none, I was asleep (UK based) but I think calling for all and sundry to be banned is spiteful and wrapped in jealousy. It's Christmas ffs if u are that unhappy go play something else0 -

I totally agree with you. most of the people QQing about this are just jealous. To be honest i got allot of Orb and it not becuz of i wanted to abuse the mistake it was becuz of they made a stupid mistake. How could a big game like pwi make such a mistake thing about that first insted of hateing the player who abuse the mistake of pwi. My grandfather use to say hate the game not the player

Your text makes no sense. You got lots of orbs not because you wanted to abuse the mistake, but because of their mistake? It doesn't give you a reason to take more then you should just because they did coding mistake. And how did you even know if it was a mistake? You take the code once and instead of taking it again, you could have just logged into game and enjoy your free items.0 -

there r TONS of ppl who spend time and money into that refine....and then pwi just gave it away for free
it was even said- 1 per account...but did ppl read that? no...they kept refreshing and refreshing the page out of greed0 -

What if he didn't? Refresh the page. What if he followed the instructions on the website that said "wait ten minutes and try again" I know ppl who got 8 or 9 orbs because the followed the instruction on the website. Presented with the same instructions the majority of ppl would have followed them. Should they be banned? No they shouldn't! Again we are all (myself included) just annoyed that we missed the opportunity. That isn't the fault of ppl who didn't miss the opportunity.0 -

Started playing this game in 2007 on Oracle (PW-MY) : Demon MG 101 - Sage EP 99 - WF 890 -
december still INTENSELY boring
pwi AGAIN dropping the ball... seems to be too many balls on the floor to pick up...
At this time, we have some things lined up for December which we are taking another look at how to adjust concerning the recent events. Will we be reopening the code again? I do not know as that has never been up to me, but I can say December will not be a boring. I will be updating the main compensation thread when I have details. I'm expecting new info next week following the holiday weekend.0 -
The balance of coin and items have really gone nuts , thinking about not playing for awhile until the balance returns to normal , but really the cost of items in the game are nuts . Other servers are not having these issues . only the server getting the orbs for comp.0

And what if he did refresh and didn't follow the instructions?? Don't forget that 90% of worlds population is as greedy as you can get.0 -

Then he should be banned like I said. But I'll repeat what I said, faced with the set of instructions the majority, you and I included would have done just so. Once you accept that you are more annoyed that you never had the chance you realise that in the grand scheme of things it's not really that important!

This is different: You're not considering that that $20 could be left over and over again on many neighboring floors and taken repeatedly by people with no repercussions. I have good news for everyone concerning "Nothing has happened yet in December".
Due to our commitment in bringing the best experience we can to Perfect World for all players of all servers, we've been able to do something that generally doesn't occur often:
release an expansion ahead of schedule!
Thanks to the awesome efforts of our QA team and the feedback from all of you concerning the last couple months, we were able to pour more manpower into releasing this huge expansion ahead of schedule. We're quite proud of this accomplishment, but that's not all.
On release date, there will be:
- In-game giveaways (quest based)
- Expansion launch events (plural!)
- New Holiday event!
In addition, there will be snow and snowmen, back due to your requests. The snow season will be arriving next week with the release of the expansion, December 18th. All these events will be available on launch as well.
We'll be releasing preview blogs on the features of the expansion as we get closer to the launch date, as well as a list of the events you can expect to take full advantage of.
We've got more things lined up for the new year too, so expect the end of this year to go off with a bang!
