The moon being involved, water and thunder attacks look more towards a kirin rather than a dragon.
I do know, however, the race is called 'long', which apparently translates to dragon, but still.

I know from experience (altho I'm not gonna say from where) that changing stats of an item + putting in the required materials and all would not even take a minute. Ofc they shouldn't change the graphic of the weapons...I never understood why they did this to begin with...but then again...we just always got graphics they did use for other weapons/armours...so its not like they made it specifically for us.
The thing I hope for is that the 3rd recast will be avaible immidiatly. Thats exactly why I wanna know if there are alrdy ppl with r9r3 in china..just to see if they are avaible for them.My Barb:

All are unique to this version and everything China has can actually be seen alongside it here... it's just that we have no way to get at it.

My fairy shall be 2nd reborn full r9r2 +10 after max 7 days. Will be kinda hard if there is no rerecast to r9 by then.
(And yes, I already announced at work that I will take a week or 2 off around jan/feb of 2015 just to do that! I alrdy have 400 badges waiting for recast madness in the acc stash...make it happen or my vacation will be in vein!)My Barb:

How on earth will you even hit lv101 the first time around within 7 days? You have a PV army for each bracket + someone that can carry it through?0 -

No, but I know all the tricks + the fairy will be on the acc of a well and long played twink. That means loads of BH2 pills/Fantasy Fruit Bags and so on. Not gonna lie, I will only get the fairy to max 86 on day 1 due to lack of hypers. My goal for day 2 is 96 and sure as hell I'm going to spamm out Hypers and training esos. I don't mind doing cube and even 5 runs of full delta each day to get those additional ~20m exp daily.
For the reborns...well I saved up FC gears x100 for that^^ Then I got the rebirth quest chain and all...but ya, I will not be able to get 2nd rb within those 7 days if PWE screws up on the gear part. Being able to solo PV after the first time I hit 101 is a huge + on the exp side.
A huge advantage is that I played the fairy on CN for quite some time now. And even without any resources I did solo PV up to lvl 70 (slow ofc but I did it) so I will be able to do it on our version with the prepared gears for sure. Lets just say I already know the class pretty well xD
If anyone wants to call me a freak now, idm. Maybe I deserve that...but oh well (:

Ofc it is purgeable and so far I've seen (judging that you mean the group buff from the fairy) it does even vanish when you change the map, just like the dmg buff of the myst.

I want to start on a new server when the expansion comes out so I am already making jolly chars to start making coins for my Moon Fairy.I started yesterday making a char and is already lvl 46. Going to lvl up him right now till lvl71 then Im gonna do that on other 2 acounts I have. then I ll lvl up 3 chars on the 3 different acounts till lvl 61 then other 3 till lvl 51. Hopefully next weak ill start doing jolly and untill expansion comes out ill have a huge amount of money for my moon fairy.In 3 or 4 months till expansion comes out i should be able to make over 150 mil for my new toon.And i will keep doing jolly for more money even after my moon fairy will start her journey in PW.b:victory

In gaming a "twink" or twinked-out character is basically maxed out in some fashion. The term is typically used for a character that abuses the game system to be min-maxed in some way that the game designers probably didn't intend.
Twink is also a sexual term which is I'm guessing the other meaning that you are referring to.0
