    I have firefox 5,and all the silverlight and active programs to run the game , I just redown loaded everything yesterday. I never had a problem with this before, I went to FB connect and it said it was unavailable.

    Since yesterday, Facebook wants your mobile phone number for verification. I think PWI doesn't have a valid account at the moment.

    it is not an error.

    Right now, the page for obtaining the Jones and O'Malley Blessings is down due to an issue with Facebook. As soon as PWE gets the details ironed out, the page will return.

    In the meantime, please only post if you are experiencing a different error.

    jones go back for game or not, i not can give why this page unavailable, is fine is back,or my computer is bad,well i can't give jones or is the page or my computer,provably is page b:cry

    Guys PLEASE read the thread before you post!

    The web site is DOWN.

    It doesn't matter what browser you use, what settings you have ... the site is DOWN.

    As stated before, UNLESS you receive an error OTHER THAN this:

    Service Unavailable...

    The page is currently unavailable please check back later.

    please do not post this error to the thread. [We already KNOW that the site is down.]

    When I try to get a Jone's, the page just freezes where it says I need to like Perfect World. I have it liked but it just stays there. It even posts on my wall but I get no Jone's.
    Doesn't matter what browser I try it with.

    I'm unable to send tickets either. It always just says there is not enough account information when I try. Doesn't matter what browser.

    I normally get passed most the problems I come across with jones blessing. Tonight when I got to the Login button I clicked it and nothing happened. Tried- IE without add-ons, firefox, normal ie.

    Every time there is a PWI maintainence AND microsoft updates the SAME day, Jones Blessing is ALWAYS screwed up for a week to 3 months. So this should be expected to occur today, and it did. Since they cannot fix snowmen right now, DO NOT expect this issue to get resovlved any time soon. They just don't have the time according to them.

    yeah im having same issue here, get to the facebook login button on the site and its constantly refreshing the page doing nothing

    (Using IE8)

    Make sure you guys check on other browsers before posting here. Not only will it possibly enable you to get your blessing, but having the extra feedback about the blessing issues (which browsers are/aren't working) helps the engineers fix the problem sooner.

    I just wanted to note the fact that Google Chrome loads the site up fine, but does nothing when the "Log In" button is clicked.

    Also, even after logging in on Facebook and attempting to use the Facebook Connect page, the page constantly refreshes (as has been reported above).

    In Firefox, Flock, Safari, and Internet Explorer, I was unable to even log in to try and access the connect page, and on Chrome, I believe I was only logged in because It remembers my cookies, but it constantly refreshes and won't load the page.

    I've not tried Opera, but I'm assuming it's the same. The issue is with the site, not our browsers.

    last time you asked for all that info it took you 3 MONTHS to fix it and it was YOUR problem, not ours. this is no different, it is a PWI problem and i for one am not sending any more info. you want info kritty? get a blessing yourself if you can and give your info instead of the lame excuses they tell you to give us to cover their butts.

    tryed getting the blessing useing Chrome, Firefox and IE
    all fully updatet, even tryed on both win 7 and xp, even the browser on my android phone
    ann whit no luck
    the page just keeps refreshing

    I am trying Firefox and IE for two days -> same problems as posted before.
    IE says something about errors on the page so I think it isnt a browser issue.

    I thought about trying some other browsers but now I see I dont have to. Fix the page pls or tell me what to do to get my blessing.

    Since today, I got a new problem with getting the blessing....... i come to the page/window where it says "Connect with Facebook to get your FREE item now!" followed by the FB logo which you have to click to make the connection....... the screen/window is refreshing every second but doesnt connect at all.

    I have tried it on Safari, IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera and my android phone. Laptop OS-Windows Vista.

    The page just keeps refreshing endlessly, no matter how I log in or which browser I use.

    I have a problem getting the blessing, the page keeps refreshing all the time over and over again. b:faint
    I tryed all... with both desktop & laptop, and the browser IE and Opera, safary ... and nothing change keeping reloading the page all the day b:surrender

    i receive nothing. i just go to the facebook connect link and the facebook button doesnt work, page just stays still, get no popup or anything
