Hello All!!
My problem with the blessing is that i cant select charecter. Few days ago i could send blessing now i cant. I can log in on the sit in facebook, i can select the reward and the server but the character not. Please fix this!!!

follow this step by step process to get a blessing, youll have to do it every time, but after the first few times youll do it quick as

Ive tried to retrive a jones blessing to this account several times over time , and it wont allow me.
I can log in and get the 3 options up: game server and charachter.
I can choose game and server but the list shows no characters at all =(
Ive tried from different computors and even with different fb account, nothing helps.
On my other account i have no problems at all getting the blessing. i tried both accounts on different computors,with different browsers, with different facebooks etc. this account cant get it , my other account can.
only difference i have done on this account and the other is : ive deleted the very first char i created on this account.
I can how ever get dq rewards sent to this account, and that ought to be working the same way ? as the blessing.0 -
I understand you are trying to solve the problem with the Jones/Omalleys blessing. Thank you. I furthermore understand why you want to know browser, OS etc. unfortunately as I can obtain my blessing for my other account (we are allowed 2) the problem is not with my browser, or my os, or my popup blockers. If it were I would not be able to get blessing on other acct. I have submitted two tickets and the solution of the last ticket was this forum. I believe the issue is not on my end. I believe that because I have no problem getting blessing on other acct using the same browser, same OS, same everything. I will however give you this information, as it is my desire to work with you to solve this issue, ty.

I use IE8, I also downloaded and updated the latest Firefox at the request of PWI support. and can use either browser for blessing on other acct. but neither works on my main acct.
I use McAfee security Center fully updated. It is bundled with my ISP and I have no problems with it that I am aware of.
I can log in to facebook connect, I can select blessing and server, but when I try to select character, nothing happens, no characters appear, nothing. I have double checked the like option, insured I stayed logged in on facebook, tried with out the "stay logged in"
the lack of blessing puts me at a distinct disadvantage to those that do especially during TW. I appreciate any help you may be able to provide. Thank you for your time.0 -

the problem is not your ie brower its the specail charaters in your name that wont work ppl spent alot of monet on there chars only reson ppl are having a problem is becase this sybybol / or this \ so pwi fis your specail chartater data base so ppl can get there blessings0

Uh I don't have / or \ in my name...and I've got other toons on the same account and same server that just use only letters. In fact none of my toons on my account have / or \ so that can't be it.Semi-retired due to continuing mind boggling displays of stupidity from PWI0

the problem is that the character option won't open.
i choose the blessing, the server and unable to choose a char. to send it to.
and then it posts on fb that i recievd my blessing.0 -

First... i thought the problem in my browsing, so i let friend of mine who is able to get blessing to try get it for me from his PC, and he had same problem, but when he try to get his blessing it works for him >.<

It is now. No one from PWI even responds to this thread so I am logging a complaint. I've filled out a ticket and the solution PWI gave me was basically, I have to live with it broke till some "future" maintainence that might fix it. Sorry, not good enough. 9 weeks since PWI broke this and the community wants it fixed!!!0

I was facing the same problem bout the blessing but i did dis & it works! (last month). I dunno if it will work 4 u guys or not, but it wont hurt to try isn't it. I did dis by using Mozilla.
The problem is at Facebook, try this :
1. Log in ur FB account, go to account settings.
2. Go to application settings.
3. Remove all application related to PWI. Log off FB.
4. Clear recent history of ur web browser. Clear all but browsing & download history.
5. Open PWI Jones blessing page. Log in as usual. When it asked to like the fan page then like it from PWI direct link.
6. Do all the like and FB log in from PWI Jones Blessing page.
7. It should works.

i got 2 acounts, on 1 i got no problem getting the blessing
on the other i can login to my acount and the second
facebook acount i made for it, i also get to pick what kind
of blessing a like and what server to send it to but im not
able to select a character to send it to. i got 4 characters

I'm gonna cut to the point. You don't need all that useless information^ as its only on 1 of my accounts this problem happens. If it was PC issues it would not work on any account.
I can log into facebook fine with this account. I can select the blessing i want, server i want it sent to, but under the character tab there is nothing. nothing at all, like my characters don't even exist b:cry
i'm gonna provide 2 screenshots, 1st one of my account that works, 2nd this account that dosn't. apparently this problem is caused by having the characters / or \ in your name as ingame friends with this in their name are also experiencing problems
