My age is as irrelevant to this topic as is the number of mules you have with levels higher than mine. Also, if I had to take a wild guess as to someone's age, I'd be more inclined to guess that person who types "ur" instead of "you're" would be the 12 year old.

I agree you have to learn every instance, and differant variable that may come your way in EACH instance. hence the reason I am anti power lvl'ing ..

The problem is you seem to be operating with the logic that (in this case) somehow, the people who don't powerlevel learn every instance, and that everyone who powerlevels won't learn them. More simply, you seem to be viewing it as slow levelers = good players, while powerlevelers = bad players.

This is bad logic. People can level super slowly, and still not learn every instance, or even any instance. These people can easily accomplish this by solo grinding for all of their levels. Now, would that make those people better players? Would they perform awesomely in squads since they didn't powerlevel?

Another thing you're neglecting to recognize is that people tend to remember bad things more than good. If you were in a squad that ran perfectly, would you ever question whether the people in it powerleveled? Not likely. Does that mean that none of them actually did powerlevel? Not necessarily. It is only when someone screws things up that their method of leveling is called into question.

The main point I was getting at is that good players will come as prepared as possible, and do the best they can, but even good players may **** things up when it is their first time doing something.

I can't cash shop and PWI has made it impossable to grind the kind of coin you need to get REP, GEAR and WEAPONS for 100+ ppl. so by exploiting the cash shoppers that want everything now i can get coin to gear up. I can't see the problem with that sence PWI has made this game all about cash shopping everything you need for a 100+ toon. this is my way of cash shopping the cash shoppers . .... and for all those out there who think this is a free to play MMORPG i say WAKE UP FOOLS this is the most expensive MMORPG out there. so you go PWI put those packs on sale so i can sell more power lvling to the cash shoppers that open 5000 packs a month .. b:bye

I think its way more interesting making a character without spending a single dollar cuz you get to enjoy more the whole game ( such as i did with my main , a lv 97 soon to be 98 cleric atm), then again, thats my opinion :P
I believe that the good thing of powerleveling is the utility it have for some players to lvl fast such as for players who already have a lv 10x char and don't wanna go through the whole game again just to get a decent alt for themselves. And well the bad thing is for players who compare themselves to the new ones that did powerlevel to get to 100 in like a month while they took plenty time to get there ( but remember the guys who play longer have more experience ingame = pro players, and you cant compare them to noobs powerleveled to lv 100 in no ways gameplay wise).

I just lvl at my pace and try to be the best in my field ( in my opinion, more likely of use for helping people and a good healer in all ways possible, and as efficient as pissible) no matter the other ppl's level or stuff they have/had .
Sooo i don't really have a problem with powerleveling , just wanted to share my thoughts :P

I had to make an assassin just to powerlevel her just to grind out the TT99 for my Psychic to get Nirvana (which I ALSO have to do with that assassin--) because nobody does it because everybody has an assassin because the class is so broken because the developers are too lazy to fix it and too greedy to care. <--is that a runon? Heck yeah. Do I care? Not really.

I powerleved three characters after leveling a barb on Lost City to 101, and my Psychic to 97. I honestly didn't feel like playing through the game all over again--for a good reason. It took me ages to level those two mains up to where they are.

But I STILL take the time to learn my class-- all of them. Even the stupid twitchy fish.
After all....what's so difficult about putting on bloodpaint and auto-attacking? b:chuckle


In all seriousness, I dislike people who roll classes I know extremely well (barbs and psychics) and going out and buying them R9, rolling my face, and then telling me I am terrible at my class.
I met a Psychic after returning to the game who I had never seen before. He was R8, around +4 average refines. I asked him why he didn't have a Seat or Abbadon cape. Then he went and asked me if I knew a cleric who could help him clear the instance.

I don't care if you powerleveled. I honestly don't. But learn to play your class, and respect the people who know what they're doing who DIDN'T powerlevel their mains. Because honestly, if you don't, your knowledge of Flesh Ream or Psychic Will is about as plentiful as your knowledge of your own ****.


BTW, it's not a race. If it were, you've already lost.
