    Haven't done a FCC in a very long time, so when I actually got invited to do one, I was overjoyed. I join and the squad is me, a barb, a BM and 3 sins. Ok...

    The sins ran ahead in stealth to the first and second boss, leaving the non sins to tackle the mobs left in their wake. The barb decides to just run ahead, leaving myself and the BM to run after him.

    Then the mobs reset aggro- onto BM and me.

    Death ensues.

    I suppose frustrated at the fact that the barb was so ashamed for expecting a cleric to be able to keep up with him as he holy paths away too, he leaves. The sins say, in squad chat, "this is taking too long" and promptly leave, leaving the BM and me in squad, alone, dead.

    If this is what sins and sin- squads do anymore, I'd much rather take an archer with me than have to put up with that degree of selfishness.

    I <3 you. :D

    I take back what I said in one way. Just went into a FCC and we had 3 archers. Personally I was glad to find a squad and the set-up seemed like we could do the run fairly quick.

    Not quite. One archer had no -int and AOS. The second had, I think, budda fists. The third seemed ok. Things started off badly when we failed to kill most of the mobs at shocktrooper and got worse when I asked that the bosses don't get STA'd. Apparently this concept was rubbish and the second guy "had proven it". Then, at the bishop boss, someone asks second guy his aps, to which he replies "idk" and then "I just get the minus stuff like I was told".

    Left at that point. Really wasn't in the mood. Idiot-proof aps squads are looking ALOT more tempting now tbh. o.o;

    If you think that's bad, I just did a run on my sin with a level 90 cleric who not only had 2600 HP, but had no physical defense whatsoever, kept dying from Styren's bleed AOE, goes "I might go soon this squad makes me die too much". He stayed longer to die a few more times on Styren (I had to reset the boss like 5 times, I now have resetting him down to an art, and myself, along with the squad, warned him repeatedly to stay out of the bleed AOE range so he wouldn't die, and he just would not listen.. despite knowing and speaking English very clearly), then stayed further along to get two-shot by the harpy in the hallway before Dreadindra.

    The barb and myself are, at this point, talking about the fact that he's using level 50 - 85 quest gear, 2-4 sockets, with averages and common shards, mostly turquoise (+MP) and citrines, and everything +0 but his weapon which is a 79 Glaives of Divinity +1. I swear the guy had to have a phys def hovering around 500. Oceania killed him once with his AOE alone, and that was before the most epic part -- he tempested Oceania killing us all, then when we told him he's not supposed to AOE, he said he always did it before and his tempest is lower than his cyclone so it shouldn't have even killed Sawfist Reaper Divided *facepalm*. That was the only time I died. Afterward, the other sin got pissed, brought in her 102 archer, solo'd the boss down to 10-20k HP, while the cleric forgot he was supposed to heal, making her tank on pots and spark, told the cleric to heal me while she force logged to get her sin back on, and for us to wait til she's back in squad on her sin before finishing it off. Not only does the cleric not heal me and make me eat off 30K of charm, once the sin's archer logs, but he then finishes off the boss before the sin gets re-invited. We stopped after killing the heads.

    And I thought the cleric with 5000 MP and a +0 80s NPC weapon at level 90 was bad from a few days ago when his heals couldn't keep the barb alive on the last boss.

    Unfortunately there are plenty of idiots. Along side of the barbs who try to make people pay 200k+ for coming along in a FF run, despite being in the squad's level range (currently 85 - 95 or 83 - 93). Maybe they haven't learned that burning bridges isn't a good idea since 90+ squads won't even need them at all, then they're gonna QQ about how much they're not wanted.

    b:chuckle That's better than a cleric I had in a run a few days ago, who took of all his armour on purpose. When we asked why the hell he doing it, he replied that pro clerics don't need armour, then proceeded to die a few times b:embarrass barb didn't find it funny.
