    I agree completely. This is the internet (much less, a forum); it's a whole different ball game here. You cannot accurately compare the rules here to a physical place of business. Furthermore, even if you could, this is not the game - the actual merchandise provided; this is the forums provided at no charge for an already free game. Anyone can come here and make trouble, and do so frequently. Also, unlike real places of business, you are going to have younger and/or immature people without being able to tell at a glance, as you can in a physical business place. So I second "Flawed example"...REALLY flawed.

    I believe this has the potential to be a stickied thread if the cm or mods cared. It does need to be tweaked, for instance the title needs work (when i initially saw this thread i thought it actually had answers but it turned out to be a bunch of questions, it also sounded like it could be a title to someone smart-assing the staff) and the first post should be organized in a way which makes it easy to read (Not all in red text, maybe titles in a calmer color, basic text in white and keeping red for the more important matters).
    But all in all good job Grippie this could be the link we need between our questions and their answers.

    really, you should take off that failghost question, a dumb troll trying to get banned has no place here, especially when there are rules against discussing disciplinary action.

    EDIT: I tried dark orange, see I'm not a fan of white, seems so bland to me, but if colors dont work out, we'll go to white ;)

    tbh with u, i expect the gms to make an update on about every issue here fairly soon (i.e abother 2 months). from a buisness stand point they are here to make money, but to keep something going for a long time = a larger sum of money they get out of the prduct.

    You are on their property and like it or not, they really can moderate what is said on it. For the most part, the mods do this job; just like a store manager would and can moderate what happens in his store. (I have seen it done working in a restuarant; our town has multiple ones and people come in talking about how great that other restuarant is, our manager will come out and "talk" to them.) Anyway, I digress.
    I'm not flaming PWi. do you see me stoking the fire in that post? No. I was answering a question. And I'm unwilling to try anything positive and constructive? Really? I gave the mods a chance, I'm giving them a second chance too. I'm not sitting here still telling the staff to **** off or anything, am I? Please get your facts straight. b:bye


    But just as an example of how I felt about the mods and GMs:

    My brother told me that Obama took Fox News off every TV on every Military base without warning and so sneaky that no one knew about it. Why this is so important is because Fox News would actually tell the truth about what was going on in the outside world, including what was happening with our military. This did not fall well with the people working in the Military, and a lot of them would protest or go home to watch it because you cannot just do that - we are given freedom of speech, and we can listen to anything we want, even if it is the cold, hard truth.
    That is why I was upset in the first place.

    It's the truth.

    A new person in a new job with new tools will eagerly use them, especially if they're not experienced at using them. Also, a new person in a new job will attempt to make the impression that they're really active and doing something, even if they can't get it right. This especially holds true with people in the position of authority. This applies to any real life job or situation as well.

    Here is my question (quite off topic but...):
    Currently the Tideborn self-buffs cannot be Purge'd which makes it unfair towards the other classes. Will they ever fix it?
