To 100s, there's nothing past 100, why are you so worried about leveling? Worry about taking 10 seconds to res compared to almost an instant to save the whole run/squad.

Don't want to worry about exp? Go hyper FC, then level up before you go farming.

I'm not saying you can't keep your squad alive as you are, in part because you're a decent cleric, and in part because the top DDs on the server are very well-geared to begin with. You're not understanding why Ast keeps suggesting that you get lvl 11 ress so you get more Nirvana invites. You think because you provide people with 0 exp loss, they need to do the same for you, but when you get into those squads, you will realize that their contributions are very different. It's a matter of the 5.0 DDs on the servers getting together and saying, we will run like 4 Nirvanas in the time you usually run 1, now what will you do for us?

That's all there is to it. Ast isn't selfishly QQing about lvl 10 resses, Ast is just saying this will help you get into more and better squads. more elitist squads? more biased squads?

aside from that i dont have time to run nirvana atm anyways...so havnt been going and would turn down most runs. The way i see it pve wise the melees would certainly shutup about lv11 res if the clerics gave them 10GA each prior to such a run. Just THAT sounds greedy so its never said that way.

id rather not be prefered by pple who judge me by how much money i can dish out and save for them, because if thats the case, the cleric with said lv11 res would have as much right to bluntly tell a +5refined 5.0aps melee, GTFO cause i know a +10 refined 5.0aps-er.

Sad thing is pple cant "borrow around" a ress skill, like good friends do with gear. And also unlike gear, i have never heard on the forum where someone helped a cleric farm money for their lv11 revive skill (probably rare...), the one skill that benefits everyone else but the cleric, they usually expect them to have it out of the blue.

I think your mistaking something. Never once did i say i dont get enough nirvana runs. You melee put so much emphasis and importance in your EXP saving that you automatically think lv10 = literally no squads or lack of. Also i dont like goin on random runs where you get 5.0aps charmless, potless, GA-less, aggro taking, melee that are squishy as ****. Like how ast says shes not motivated to protect a cleric has an under-leveled revive, i am not motivated at the least to heal these cheapskates.

It does because we wanted to invite a friend to a load of exp with us and you told us that you would rather get your 400k exp that way instead of like...however many millions we'd get. It made no sense and we were offended.

I would say sage revive is fine doesn't need any changes.I wouldn't mind seeing an auto timed resurrect after sat the Cleric dies when say 10 or 5 min are up you are auto ressed and the more you die the lore xp you lose.

I really hate going back to town as the reason I have taken slight break to ponder whether or not to be a more offensive cleric instead of a more supportive one if others don't protect me(BM,Sin&Archer) as my jop is watching out for all of you.

I havent really mentioned nirvana since it is pretty easy as far as instances go. I can't say I really die in there anymore but things like the "improved" 3-3 have pretty much guaranteed death.

Here is a cleric's responsibilities:
1) Heal
2) Buff
3) Revive
4) Purify

Revive is part of a cleric's job and a cleric with level 11 res does the job better. Simple as that.

I can understand these 9x clerics in TT90 finding the skill to expensive to get but I think most people would be shocked to find out a cleric with TT100 sword and +7 nirvana gear filled with Garnet Gems does not have level 11 res.

do what micheal does on LC. He made a very good point. Hand your GAs to the cleric and they wont complain about getting lv11, at least im pretty sure more than half of them wont.

Where does it say that?? ive no problem healing someone whos gone their extra mile to get a charm too or at least pot themselves when needed. A tanks charm is for backup, if they have it i will try to not let it tick. I will have a tendancy to accidentaly miss heal someone who does nothing while their HP is ticking down to hell even 10-20% or so and i dont see red potty sparkles around them.

lol why do all the lvl 100+ care about losing exp its not rlly gonna give you any big bonus when you lvl again once i hit 100 on 2 of my chars i couldnt give a **** all you get is 25 stat points if you make it to lvl 105 so whats to complain about when your lvl 100+ whiny babies below 100 i can understand but lolz (i do have lvl 11 rez on my cleric so you can kiss my *** if you wnt to say anything about tht)

i guess its the same competitiveness in lvls, likewise of 5.0aps melees wanting to steal aggro. (Get a couple of them in your squad and there'll be 2 who will be going at it with each other.) Its very menial lvl race but pple do it just because. Some pple want the utmost gear and lvl on their character while others are ok with a quantity of mediocre characters.

Personally I'd like to get another level because I am 5 dex away from an extra crit with my TW gear, but hey, feel free to generalize.

So, you aren't still trying to level, nobody cares. Before 101, the number isn't so bad... after 102 it's pretty significant. If you can't understand that much.... well then you probably don't understand much.

If you're Celestial Sage/Demon you lose .3% going to town. That would be .3% of 268m for me which would be 804k. If you don't have 3rd fairy, it's .6%. If you get level 10 rez, you only lose 10% of that, but die in an instance a half dozen times, you'll lose a couple %.

Little ninny is lv100 and had approx. 40%. 2 months later he had 0%. How many times did little ninny die minimum to reach 0% without lv10 rez?

Those are consumables, level 11 res isn't ijs

Ok. 1% is 2,680,000 exp. If you're trying to level, it's still a lot.

And I agree if you can't afford to upgrade your gear to any average standard, you shouldn't be spending 20m on a skill, however you shouldn't avoid getting it purely out of spite, which a lot of this thread would seem to indicate...

If you're Celestial Sage/Demon you lose .3% going to town. That would be .3% of 268m for me which would be 804k. If you don't have 3rd fairy, it's .6%.

Um... don't know about you... but I do nirvanas for $ o.O So equipping a charm or potting a lot would kind of go against the purpose...

As for clerics being expensive... As a cleric you can pass with average gear if we talk about nirvana here. If you a DD that wants 5 speed, depending on class though, but in most cases it's still gona cost you a lot to get your int... + a decent refine for weap.

I dont know anyone who is serious in nirvana (or endgame-ish things), that wants just average gear on their main much less settle at that.
