Also noticed since re-design that my avatar is bugged, anyone else getting this problem? I post and it shows incorrect lvl on my avatar. However avatar icon next to the banner for Torchlight or whatever it is above it's shown as my actual lvl.

Edit: Avatar is bugged as lvl 54, i'm now lvl 61 and haven't been 54 for 2 days. Due to change in forum coding?

A definite improvement over the white based one but the cobalt blue is still a little jarring. Darkening it a few shades would go a long way towards cutting down the glare.

Finally got mine to work with AOL. Had to figure it out on my own though b:scorn Would've thought the GMs could've helped people with compatibility issues. This new layout is MUCH better than blinding everyone with the previous one, but still nowhere near as good as the original one. Why try to fix something that isn't broken?

Yep, we're working on this right now, thanks for letting us know.

It's a really easy fix, just change the CSS color codes for these parts:

The first bit fixes the background color on the single post, and the second bit fixes the color of the name (which is still the old brown color).

For those using Opera, create a text file called PWForum.css and put this in it:

Save it somewhere (I use the Opera "custom stylesheets" directory), then right-click in the forums and choose "Edit Site Preferences", go to the Display tab, and for "My style sheet" choose the file you created above. Then reload the page. That will customize the forum with some changes that I think are improvements (like darker side borders, dark blue quoted text backgrounds, and text that isn't quite so bright).

You may need to edit the reload function in Opera to get it to reload the CSS. To do that, go to the Opera menu under Tools -> Preferences.. -> Advanced -> Shortcuts, and edit your keyboard setup so that "r ctrl" has the action "Reload + Reload stylesheets + Reload image" (search for "r ctrl", edit it, TAB to the action, and paste "Reload + Reload stylesheets + Reload image" there without the quotes). Now hitting CTRL+r will reload almost everything on a page (except external JavaScript).

Now they just need to fix editing posts, previewing posts, the Advanced edit button, and the INDENT tag. :-/

Great, it's a dark mess again... And the bright text and borders... Too much contrast between the 2 colors, it makes my eyes melt out of my head after a few minutes. Eh. I know you can't please everyone. I guess I'll just stop posting when my eyes start to hurt (after this post).

The new design is rubbish. Whoever is responsible for it should be sacked.

It doesn't work properly with IE6, IE7, IE8 or any verfion of Firefox I've tried. I have also tried toaccess this site from different computers at different sites - no difference.

The large grey bar that appears at the bottom of the screen hides a number of threads and makes replying to any post almost impossible. (I have had to click on a link and TAB to get to anywhere on any page).

SCRAP THIS DESIGN YOU WASTERS!

(I won;t be allowed to use the appropriate language to describe the idiot responsible for this disaster.)

Would prefer it with no flash animation. Still horribly laggy. Colour scheme better, but still not perfect. Don't like the icons nor the ease of being able to hop to another user name for trolls.

Needs to go. It's bad enough I have to look at it when I log in, without being reminded about it each time I visit the forums.

The overall appearance looks amateurish. I'd expect a website/forum from a gaming company to look professional, rather than some freebie fansite that anyone could put together.
