    white/black voodoo has an 8 second cooldown, not a 1 minute cooldown. these skills can be recast while they're still active. soul of vengence can not.

    no, I'm on OP's side, which isn't often. there's no reason NOT to pick up the items as they drop.. like I said, nothing agros

    Gah i apologise, it does have a low cooldown, but that still doesn't change my point.
    A person will still want to take advantage of the buff for full 1 minute. Using the skill over and over again before timer will result in a much lower mana.

    I recover 52 mana in about 5 seconds. it's not that big of a deal to worry about, and that's the level 4 skill

    Unfortunately your using any skills has nothing to do with the low level player in tideborn area just taking advantage of black voodoo skill, trying to kill as much as possible in 1 minute. Not all player follow the same methods. Just having a look at different angles.

    Either way if you choose to bypass picking up your drops in order to kill more, you have no right to complain if someone else picks them up. The second that timer is up, they are no longer your drops.

    But wouldn't it require personal responsibility to accept that? Which if that was the case, we would not have had this all thread. It is always someone else's fault....

    I agree with the topic starter the only one responsibly for what you say and do is yourself. But many people don't see it that way since they don't want to stand for stuff that makes them look bad and don't want to admit that they did something wrong.

    When it comes to drops I can spend hours just picking up stuff that no one else wants, I need the money I can get from the drops and I have never ever got any complains about me picking up their stuff. Also as soon as I am able to pick up the drop it is as much mine as anyone else the one which killed the mob has lost is chance.
