    I have the same problem - I logged on to my Main and I have this ugly straight hair with bangs and gold things in it b:cryb:fatb I want my original hair back OR a free makeover scroll to do it myself. Which is what I'm hoping will happen since I already put a ticket in for it as well b:angry

    b:sad My Main went from Wavy/curly hair to Straight hair with a funky crown like bangs and a pink bandanna and my alt.. did the same without the bandanna.. they both look really funny.. I miss my curlsb:cry

    I'm NOT a perfect girl... My hair doesn't always stay in place, I spill a lot of things and I'm pretty clumsy, but when I stop and take a step back and think, I remember how amazing my life is, and that... Maybe I like being Imperfect.

    Well at least I'm not the only one that seems to be having this problem! I miss my curly hair, it took me ages to decide on a hairstyle and I really got attached to it. This is rather frustrating. I'm new, can anyone enlighten me on how to submit a ticket?

    Looks like I'm not the only one. Logged onto my main to find my awesome curly hair-style had turned into this up-do with a pink bow on top of my head. NOT HAPPY.

    I want my original hair back.

    What's this ticket thing you guys are submitting? How do I do that?

    Click support at the top of the page, then click submit a ticket. Fill out the form and submit it. b:victory

    Post screenshots with before and after shots please. Also what hairstyle it was before.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Please run Verify first and see if that helps your issue before following the instructions below.

    Please post your screenshots here of before and after shots of the hair style in question.

    Also, the number or name of the hairstyle would be helpful.

    My main character's hair style changed from the nice curly/wavy one to this ugly thing with a big bow on top of her head. I do /not/ like it at all and would like the old style back.

    I got the same issue as AspenGoddess and Ophelia!
    Curly hair has been replaced with the hair screen fix! But that's the not biggest problem.
    The biggest problem is that curly hair is missing now! And I've been using the same hairstyle for past 10 months. I don't want any other %$&/%/ hairstyle.
    I hope new patch is going to be released very soon because I won't play pW till then b:angrb:angry

    I've already submitted a ticket with pics asking for either my old hair back, or a free makeover scroll, or 2 gold credit to my account for the makeover scroll I'm going to buy to pick a new hairstyle. I don't like the new hairstyle that was forced upon me. b:sad

    I love how we're being told to submit tickets and post screenshots when all they have to do is have a test server running the old version and compare the hair selections from the old to the new ones. They really need a QA department. b:surrender You know, that way they could find out all the affected styles in one go without waiting for days of reports to come in and potentially miss some that aren't reported.

    I'm just wondering what the current wait time might be on these tickets? I think I sent 2 by mistake but received no confirmation e-mail for either of them, so I want to be sure they were sent, and when I can be expecting a fix for this.

    I also had the short wavy hair that has been changed to its "original" image on the customization screen. I did think it was weird when I selected it, but loved the hairstyle too much to ask questions.. ;~; (wtb short wavy hair pst)

    (Even my avatar has short wavy hair. Why not meeeeee T_T)

    My problem isn't just my hair style. It looks as if the only thing that wasn't changed were the colors I chose for my lips, eyes, etc. The face shapes and such have seemed to change as well.

    Before my hair was exactly the same as my avatar. Same style and color. Now it is a purple rag, and the option for the long curly style is absent from veno creation options now.

    EDIT: i ran verify, it did not fix this issue.

    Well guess the same here..logged in to see crazy lilies in my hair..I want my curly hair back):

    And also Tideborn place glitched when I logged in there for about 10secs.
    I tried with another character and the same prob occurs.

    Yet my old char at Etherblade was ok...no glitch, except for the weird hairdo.

    I have no idea what the hairstyle number was. It was whatever default hairstyle mages got, I think.
