    There are tons of people with hundreds of millions of coins that never spent a dime in the game.... Those are the ones that really have an edge.

    I am one of those people... sorta. I'm not super rich but Ive gained above average status without the use of real money. Just lately its nearly impossible to do so without spending $100's here and there.

    I doubt the number of people with hundreds of millions of coins.

    Is really that big.

    Especially compared to the amount of active players on the servers.

    Not just total server count.

    You mean, like the number of active CSer? We know that both in-game ultra-rich and CSer are not the majority of the people. However, CSers have virtualy no impact in raising prices, since they use cash to get gold. The problem are the people that have lots of coins and are willing to spend alot of it to buy gold in-game, causing the price of gold to go up.

    I know this.

    I'm 86 with 7x 3* and mold gear.

    All of it is refined to +1 except my chest which is +3.

    Flawless or less HP shards.

    I beat a 96 veno with CS gear.

    6 times, to her 1 time killing me.

    I KNOW its possible.

    But that veno might be the blind guy with the gun.

    And I just got lucky with my spoon.

    Its both sides.

    The ones who CS sell their extras for outrageous prices.

    The ones with in-game coin are willing to drop coin for it.

    Food for thought:

    I remember coming into this game.

    And nixes were the most sought after CS item I can recall.

    They cost ~20-25m around that time.

    GX were rare.

    9x was what everyone was after.

    I have to go to work now, so I guess I'll have to wait to participate in this debate.

    PWI's economy will always shift violenty. There will always be sales to keep players investing money to keep the game alive. These sales are necessary and critical to the survival of the game.     No player has to spend any money. It's people who WANT an edge for their own purpose, Pve , pvp or other reasons like to get rich or that can't get the edge they want and people who do not invest in the game who are MOSTLY the individuals that consider packs and sales problematic and harmful for them and complain about it.

    PWI is a business if people want the latest and greatest or to get rich in game you usually have to pay for it. It's that simple. People who aren't paying are usually complaining and quitting for the wrong reason. If someone quits, then quit because it isn't fun not because of petty jealousy. I can't buy a lunar weapon, But I can still choose to farm the mats. There are goals and things to do in the game if people see it that way. Just because you can buy, doesn't mean you have too. you can play the game without buying everything you need.

    PWI is a free game to play. No player has to invest money. People who spend should be rewarded. I can recall before the sale ultimate subs were a monopoly controlled by very few players who jacked up prices for everyone else. Not any more. I have freedom of choice. I can shop for good prices. I have problems doing basic things too. I can't sell most things anymore, it seems the market is always locked unless you scumbag yourself and sell for some offensively less amount so the buyer can try to upsell the same item. But, That is the market we will always have to deal with as long as we play PWI. the sales will never stop. What matters is how you handle it and what reason you play the game.

    this, consider cash shop players to be investors in a company, and cash shop items are their dividend from the profits as a return on their initial investment. as for progress of our product we're investing in, thats rising tide.

    see, we're getting returns on our investment. REALLY, who gives a damn about the cash shop, theyre making the game free for half of the whiners here, whom probably dont even cash themselves.

    this forum is rather embarassing. even if its something good like a 2x exp/drops event, someone STILL found something to whine about. this community needs to do some serious growing up, and stop finding things to whine and complain about. the company is not a 'greedy glutton.' the game isnt bad. so all of you stfu :D.

    haha, you are sadly mistaken. ive cashed maybe 10-20$ max in my time of play since last october. im too poor to afford zen lol.

    i edited my post to go a little in detail why at least "I" am upset. If I knew the game would be this cash shop demanding later on when I first started, i would've continued searching for a game.

    Meanwhile, they are spending $150 per month on cable to watch moving pixels on the TV, a few hundred to go to the movies per month, than a few hundred more to go out and eat food that they could make for less than $15 and pay to go listen to music , which is nothing more than sound waves that have no real value and they are actualy free.

    Welcome to the world of disposable income. Some people happen to have alot of it and choose to spend it here instead of somewhere else.... I am glad they do.

    Because, this is not the kiddo complaining thread (at least yet). We all know that the coin sellers (the people that buy gold in game for coin) are the ones that dictate gold prices. Gold will sell for the ammount people are willing to pay, not for a coin more.

    They went down to about 400k average..which on all honesty 350k-400k I would be 100% cool with...lol
