btw, resetting the map won't make much of a difference in my opinion. In order to declare war on a territory, there are certain requirements that must be met by your guild.
Rules for Declaring War:
1. Your guild can only attack one territory per week.

The "best opportunity to control land" would literally apply to any fac that has manpower vs the TW PvE's. Even if the bigger facs decided to claim land from other facs on a map reset (to minimize opponents gain), the other facs still get a decent gain from the new PvE territory they decide to attack next week (gain 1 loose 1) This gives a good time for connections to grow and pple to jump facs again, not to mention that 'hostile' facs (the ones that would attack owned land while there is free land still available) will tend to lean toward a negative name.

Atm no land is open so fighting to take a land that is owned is well, natural. But if in the case all land is free, currently big facs CAN monopolize it by attacking owned land by smaller facs rather than free land, but pple will defiantly look at them in a different light if that happens.

Basically all you have to have in PWI is a decent lvl, decent reputation, and a active playtime. If u did something wrong, you can just start again.
If u think thats as easily done out of game, enough to state that as a reason, you seriously need a reality check. Maybe you are narrowing your view too much with the mid social class and ignoring the 3rd world countries, they are part of real life too.

So, wanna talk about 3rd world country? Well, I can properly talk about it since I live in Brazil, a country in the group of those that are not as developed yet.

So, I have tons of friends and parents that went live in other countries, like Germany, Sweden, France, USA, Canada, UK. Of course was hard for they get it. It costed a lot of efforce. But yey! They are there. My father lives in USA over 13 years and he already has the citizen pass. My aunt lives in Sweden for over 20 years and has also citizen pass. My cousin lives in Germany and has permanent pass and probably I'm going to live in Canada soon (and just to let you know, my family isn't rich at all).

Also, if you check in game, you will be able to see how many ppl from 3rd world countries lives in UK, USA and Canada (just to talk about the ones I know).

And honestly, although a great part of brazilian society or many other 3rd world societies would have difficulty to go to another countries, recently it isn't that hard at all.

And this I can talk for sure, because is the reality I live and I know.

Better to think more about it.

It was not easy and was worth all the effort they put in their lives wasnt it? Takes well more than 3 months of your life sitting and clicking a mouse. That is what i was saying. Some pple dont even have the cash to get a plane ticket.

To get inside Nefarious or Legendary isn't that easy also... Both factions take a lot of care with those who are inside there and also, isn't any lvl that will get inside.

Talk what about India? That is the second biggest country in world? That from Indian came some of the best engeneering from world? That most of then works in european and north-american companies? That many of these companies give lots of scholarships from Indian ppl come study in these countries?

HAHAHA. Man I LoL at this statement. What country do you come from? US or UK? As long as you have something to offer? Look I don't know how much life experience you have outside of your city, but immigration don't work like you said. That working visa isn't a security to citizenship (you have to leave the country after your contract expires) and the only people able to freely move are people in the US and UK. I don't see engineers from Thailand, Africa, etc.. able to get citizenship in UK or the US just because they have "something to offer". And I don't think the majority of engineers in other countries can even afford the plane ticket let alone jump countries.

My conclusion: Your analogy of real life is inept. b:laugh

I remeber the 1st week nef and leg tried to take there first lands in pve war. I was cleric in leg at the time and our clerics were not the lvl for BB yet so stay out boss aoe with IH was fun with just 5 or 6 clerics there. Rez IH Rez IH zzz, anyways the result of us losing and nef winning hurt leg and second week the faction almost felt to pieces so no second attempt. On the 3rd week we finally got back on track and won a land along with SW and nef won there 3rd.

The best engineers doesn't mean they get to live a very nice lifestyle like you. Do you know how much they actually make over there? I can assure you that it's no where near what you make working as a burger flipper. The most of them work in Eu and north-american companies statement of yours fail to consider that those companies don't actually pay them equal wage. How do I know this? For your information, my dear Mad, I work as researcher for brazilian government in one university. And I work really really hard, like sleeping 3 hours a day per 1 week straight.

How I become a researcher? STUDYING A LOT! And when I say studying I mean reading like 6 hours per day about world general knowledge. That's why I was approved in one of the better master courses in Brazil and that's why I was approved in the second position.

And how I know about India? Well, just because I had to do a BIG project for government about India and China and yes, they don't get the same payment as american citizens, and I know it also because my father lives in USA. But also, isn't a bad life. It is much better than in Brazil, I can assure.

And btw, if you thought the knowloedge came from Wikipedia it shows that you don't even know what is inside wikipedia. Really bad.

Anyway back on topic >.>.> Well Idk if I can be called a 1st or 2nd class member,I joined leg at 70 when ShockWave fell(leg had 4 lands that time and it was doing stalemate TWs with SW ,best server TWs ever though,long 3 hour balanced ones). A large part of SW ppl came in leg that time because of leadership issues so we could say that sorta merged.
But....since that time I've been in all leg TWs( mby very few exceptions when I couldn't come due to RL issues) and I've seen ppl come and go,factions rise and fall by watching them from legendary's "windows".

The only time I left leg after that was once ,not so long ago for outlaw,for like 1 week and a half with some old-school-ppl thinking we would all quit soon and before that we wanted to try and "pimp out"another faction to try and change things on sanctuary as our "grand finale".
However that plan backfired on us and either due to friends or certain wishes ,each of us decided to go where they felt at home(yes that was me going back to leg mainly :P) or where they wanted to be in at that time.

You,that's called "the nef 1st lady" and your makedian group as well as others came from Steel which was the last decent so-so golden era of sanctuary but even that era was nothing compared to the really good old days ; and steel-speaking ,that faction was kinda made on the run gathering some refugees from fallen factions like ravenous or others.
Now nef had almost all lvl 3 lands till the leg-wars started back then (mby lvl 2 also,can't remember right); some ppl from steel went to leg /some to nef after it fell.
What's the difference between between them and you ppl? I'll tell you ,they never tried to get high rank positions in the faction or take credit for what leg has achieved without them,you on the other hand and all new nefs apparently talk as if you actually had a role in the growing of nef and all the lands and riches it has now. Seriously...who are you trying to deceive here? There are still some old-school-players that know and have participated in all the pages of sanctuary.

Personally I'd love a map reset,no matter how small it is as long as there's a chance for other factions to grab a few and try to grow I'b be willing to try it.
