I checked into the Good Luck Pack quest at the PW Gift Exchanger and it's currently flagged as GM only. It's not going to work for any player.
That would explain why it worked when it was tested I guess...

For the Dreamchaser pack...
Not sure if its everyone's opinion but its pretty "useless"
Even when i started i was NPCing the gear. (same/lower than what you get from the quests)
Need to take 50 quests before you can get rid of it.
Cant use the Dragon orbs to upgrade pretty much anything, cause "gear must be under level 8".
Most the pots/charms, are really too low (way lower than what you'd get daily if was low level in the reward chest)
I think people like it for the exp necklace?
Why not just send the exp necklace...
Save us 30min at this NPC quest stuff.0 -

The EU offices let me know that the ticket in the code was defunct and it looks like I used the other ID instead of the correct one. Yikes!

There are also the two, 2 hour PV tokens. I currently have about 8 DC packs saved on my seeker alt, specifically for the necklaces and PV tokens to help her with her rebirth, The 1-2 star dragon orbs can also be used on any gear and that is 20 per pack. But I agree a lot of the items in the pack are useless. I think they might be useful for some people still however. iirc QSM70 gear is lvl8 equipment, so That is good for low lvl alts. Perhaps the exchange item could be changed in the pack, Allowing it to be sold via NPC?0 -

@klayukyneko Make sure you have enough space in your bag and make sure your quests aren't full as well. This item eats up a ton of room (for reference - I needed to free up more space than you have currently for it to auto redeem, since your bag is not fully expnanded. Can't remember the exact tipping point, but stash a few more items away into your bank and then let it auto redeem naturally)

@heero200 Ahh did you add the code for the corrected "real" pack? I was skimming it, but probably missed it in the main post!
Also - what do people think of a constant code pack for new players that's like Jones Blessing (constantly "on") but with the limited redeems (like the one per account)? I have occasionally heard that some items done for giveaways, raffles and codes aren't necessarily compatible for newer players (aside from the Dreamchaser packs). I've found some really nice sort of quality of life items similar to Dreamchasers that are more tailored for low levels, but I'd like to know your thoughts.0 -

No I was really busy working on dates and info Clearing up "The Players TW Season" end and working on the new information for next season. In the past PWE have not been reliable on this so I put together a system to do this and well still working out the kinks. But its looking good.

Would there be a way for PW to create permanent blessings for us??
I understand the original idea of getting a blessing, by giving PW free publicity using our facebook/twitter... I dont think anybody mind it at all. And it was also a great catch for the company to reach our more population. Friends recruiting friends...
But PW doesnt use that feature anymore. So what's the point on asking us to reedem same 2 codes every week?

I think any faction leader that allows lower level players would tell you that a lot of new players lose interest past level 70, when the experience curve turns into a cliff face. The free daily charms expire at level 60 and the game suddenly becomes much harder; and the exp rewards are, let's face it, pretty terrible when compared to exp needed per level. Personally, I'd love to see new players get the free charms up until they reach lvl 100. A free blessing with increased exp gain (at least 100%) would also make all the difference. This could be awarded after lvl60 and expire once the player reaches lvl 100.
The game now is one where 98% of the players are lvl100+ with amazing gear. I would imagine that a lvl 70 newbie questing all day just to lvl up once finds it extremely deflating. It must feel like parity is impossible and even coming close is light years away. This is what I'd do anyway. It's a different game now; it only really starts once you make 100+, so it kinda makes sense to encourage new players to get there.

Is there any way to make the Dreamchaser packs inclusive for all characters? The weapons and flyers are just coin to the new race. I'm sure some could really use those but don't have an option that works for Stormbringers or Duskblades.0

Speaking as someone that didn't have a character over level 70 for YEARS OF PLAYING(up until I got free pill babies), I can't help but agree with this 100%.

Could work but I feel all this will promote is not new players but new influx of alt accounts. I think this game has gone beyond being able to appeal to new players as the gap between new and end game is enormous. The exp side of getting to 100+ and basic Awakened G16 gear isn't too hard to achieve in a few months, however the sky levels, dailies needed for passive skills, star charts (unless you have amazing luck like my wife had) is almost a years work if not more (haven't worked out the math so just a wild guess) If someone is looking for PvP, it's too much work to try become competitive or be able to maintain a decent challenge. If they are looking for PvE then it's fine as most instances do not require anything more than G16 so after a few months of daily playing for a few hours, they can get to a level where they can achieve instances solo whilst still finding it a fair challenge.Moonshine drinker

If the stuff is bound, I don't see a problem.
