Stronghold Marauders
- Fewer enemies should spawn per wave during the Stronghold Marauders event.
Combat and PowersInsignias
- In order to alleviate server performance issues, as well as to adhere more closely to the standard behavior of proc effects in Neverwinter, the following insignia bonuses will no longer be able to proc off of themselves and will instead only proc off of at-will, encounter and daily powers:
- Barbarian's Delight
- Barbarian's Revelry
- Magistrate's Restraint
- Magistrate's Patience
- Vampire's Thirst
- Vampire's Craving
- The tooltip for the insignia bonuses "Magistrate's Restraint" and "Magistrate's Patience" no longer incorrectly implies that the effect stacks.
- The tooltip previously erroneously stated "your target will gain a stack of Magistrate's Consideration." It has been updated to indicate "your target will gain Magistrate's Consideration."
- The functionality remains unchanged. When the effect is reapplied before it has ended, the duration will be refreshed.
Items and EconomyMasterwork Professions
- The new Masterwork Rings no longer require Titansteel Rings, and now require 4 of their highest component, reduced from 5.
- Polished Dragon Turtle Scale: This item's description now properly states that it is crafted by a Master Mailsmith, rather than a Platesmith.
- The Epic quality of the new Masterwork Artifact Weapons now properly retain their Weapon Enhancement slot.
- Titansteel Shield and Kite Shield now have correct icons for their profession tasks.
Professions
- Artificing: The task to create oak lumber no longer requires oak lumber, which requires oak lumber, which…
- This task now properly requires oak
lumber logs.
- Weaponsmithing: Steel Battleaxe Display: This task now requires two Oak Lumber instead of Lacquered Ebony.
- General: Various new tasks, introduced in Shroud of Souls, have been adjusted so they appear properly in order of difficulty (in relation to other tasks at the same rank).
User InterfaceLoadouts
- A Loadout with a free available respec can now be copied into a different slot. (The respec remains in its original slot.)
- When copying a Loadout onto a slot with a free available respec, the respec remains available in that slot.
Performance and StabilityGeneral
- A high-frequency crash has been addressed.
- An issue with terrain textures has been addressed. As a result, large maps like Strongholds and the Storm King's Thunder trio should have improved framerate on most machines.
- One potential cause of "Device Removed" crashes has been addressed.
On Our RadarWe're continuing to look into the following issues:
- Stronghold Marauders: Latency issues have been reported while engaging in this content.
- We are investigating ways to reduce this latency, and have some minor improvements in the works, but are still investigating whether we can make more significant improvements.
- Update 2017-05-04: The reduction in enemy spawns and changes to insignia powers should help a little, but we'll keep an eye on server performance.
- "Device Removed" and "Out of Memory" crashes have been reported.
- These are being investigated.
- Update 2017-05-04: A fix to at least one cause of these has been made. We'll keep an eye on crash counts.
- Explorer's Boon: Inconsistent behavior has been reported.
- This is still under investigation.
- Profession Vendors: Profession items cannot be purchased in bulk.
- A fix for this is in internal testing.
- Update 2017-05-04: This should be resolved with the .7 build.
- Chat and Character History: Certain strings are incorrectly being replaced by )#$!
- A fix for this is in internal testing.

That's not all the issues that have been reported, but these are some of the higher profile ones we have in progress.

Why are the DC and CW MW III weapons more costly than other classes? It was the exact same thing last time around.
fartouched residuum seems to have a lower droprate or something and looks to be the cause.

There is an issue with collecting masterwork materials from maps, at least for me → I don't get double drop, and can't figure out why; My guild has explorers guild r7, and I have active "Treasure Hunter" boon
While switching lodouts, SH boons do not change - all the rest is working fine but the SH boons stay the same regardless of the choosen lodout.

@swoods74 - The Auction House crash was the one that should have been fixed with this build, is it still happening on the live shard once you've patched to NW.80.20170417a.5?
@razor4lpha - Profession bulk buy is in internal testing, can't say whether it's fixed until it's on Preview. For Marauders rewards, we've heard the feedback but have not yet discussed it thoroughly enough for me to relay whether any action will take place in the short term.

The main post has been updated. A .7 build has been pushed to the Preview shard, and I aim to get it live on the International (North America and Europe) shard tomorrow morning if at all possible. This build cleared in time for the Russian live shard to get it first (in just 30 minutes).

If you check out the NeverwinterPreview shard right now, we have a prospective fix up that should cover some of those crash cases. If you're still crashing on Preview tonight (assuming you check it of course) or on the live shard tomorrow morning, could you please send me a forum mail with the character@handle (e.g. "CharacterName@bitt3rnightmar3" if your in-game chat handle is the same as your forum handle) and maybe a paste of your dxdiag output?
Edit: Update.
I tried the build on preview. Things were going pretty okay until I tried to do a heroic encounter in the stronghold. Weird asynchronous frames were popping up. How to explain this. It seemed like the visual effects of the normally static gaming UI were 'stuttering'. Menus, power descriptions and pretty much any text box looked like they would warp and grow in size and then shrink back to normal. It's like for a brief second the text was huge and then it got regular size. It was enough for it to be noticeable repeatedly. Same thing happened with static objects like Trees and the ground in some places was both there and not there at the same time. I've pretty much become familiar with the terrain in the SH and there were huge extra completely hollow hills- similar graphic effect happens to me when I'm running dragon heralds in a full instance in well of dragons only I was the only person on the instance of the stronghold I'm in on preview.
When my game crashed I got the following now different message I hadn't got before. I couldn't catch a screen shot of it because by the time the game had finished crashing it was gone. I copied this from the event viewer,

One big design issue that I hope is on your plate: The voucher rewards for Marauders is widely perceived as not being remotely worth the time (though the event itself is loads of fun). White vouchers, whether from this event or occasionally dropped in SH HE's, are hardly worth even picking up as the dent they make in SH progress is almost meaningless. I'm looking forward to seeing how much this helps. Since launch, I've had to adjust my graphic settings down quite a bit only for the SH map. I see what you did there
