Agreee daily rewards would be a step to revive PVP. Reducing siege to 10v10 would also be nice (less work for me). TBH I really doubt pvp rework will ever happen because in the end it won't make cryptic any money. But these small changes at least sound easy enough and can spark interest in pvp again.

I do miss the old days where pve ans pvp gear was separate and pvp had its own pvp stat to balance things roughly. Not the best system but at least you had an advantage using pvp gear versus pve gear.
Your not crazy...they haven't really fixed this issue for a couple of mods now. Basically when you mark someone it puts them in combat. Problem is after all the mobs are dead it still puts you and whoever is marked in combat for a brief while. It has gotten a bit better but still a problem.

I use Engine Inspiration; always could use extra heals. I'm Faithful build so I rely on my emergency Gift of Faith heal when I'm low on HP so the 3 seconds of Damage Resistance doesn't really help me much. Displace Fate would help if you need that extra help when low on HP to heal though.
Same here, when I try to refine using Lumen (+100) its only adding +64RP. I've reported the bug, but I don't know if they will fix it. :( Really sucks.
