@c3rb3r3 That's not entirely true. I've done some further testing and Lightning chains proc Steel Blitz on secondary targets when you use WMS even if you don't hit said targets with WMS itself. This works both on preview and live.

Confirmed, the proposed fix in one of the last patch didn't fix anything about dragons...Cryptic pls move it to your to-do list again.

Thank you for your effort and testing, did you use combat parser? I'd be interested what weapon enchantment did you use while testing this, seeing I have G. vorpal which might turn balance to EotS.

some cleric spells lost it's ability to crit aswell, so there's smthing wrong happened with Fury patch.

Plague fire is not 45% at full stacks anymore for few months (GPF that is). The actual damage increase is 1% per stack per rank of Plague Fire. Indeed, secondary bolts can't crit at all, not even when under effect of Eye of the storm feature buff.

Confirmed, only the initial hit can crit (even while under effect of Eye of the Storm buff).

Tested on live and Mimic with GPF. Live: 3% per stack on target, capping at 9% Mimic: 3% no matter how many stacks applied.

So it's over a week when this patch have broken all the 4-set armor bonuses by removing/changing any of the pieces. PWE, I suggest you atleast writing some sort of warning to all players, seeing your severe lack of internal testing when the bug of this scale goes to live...

I'm pretty sure reason sets are working for some people and for some aren't is that if you unequiped/changed even 1 piece of your set you are wearing, the 4 piece bonus inactivates for good. Figured out that the Evocation passive is one of the keys aswell, the dmg stacking with frozen power transfer doesn't work without it. Tested all other passives and didn't see dmg increase.

I must confirm the strengths of the build, using it for quite some time already. Same bloody issue, stuck at "reviewing" status in wallet. It's been over 20hours now. I got precisely same confirmation email from paypal as before, when the payment and transfer went instantly, so it's not issue on the payment provider side, but clearly PWE's.
