Storm Pillar got messed up

Storm Pillar - The Pillar no longer crits after the initial hit, making a subpar At-Will even worse now. Please fix it so that every hit has a chance to crit. Also past the initial hit, subsequent hits do not proc Storm Spell nor any other procs.
To make this At-Will remotely useful, please fix it so that all the hits of the Pillar have a chance to crit and proc feats.

    yes fix Storm Pillar. Thats my wizard's main at will.
    It didnt need touching. It was perfect the way it was before. This issue needs correcting. No At-Will power should have this happen to it.

    Confirmed, only the initial hit can crit (even while under effect of Eye of the Storm buff).
