Do the hits of have to come back to back to back? Because I hit with Threatening rush -> Lunge -> Threatening rush -> Frontline Surge successively and it wasn't enough.
People will just need to accept that GFs can't tank everything. I usually mitigate this by saving frontline surge for those times when I lose the mob and have to peel for the Cleric. Gives them enough time to get away and gives me enough time to re establish threat.
Hmmm... yah, GFs are really good in 1v1 situations. Probably the best 1v1 class. But this game isn't built around 1v1. I think they're in a good spot right now. Nothing feels ridiculous (except maybe the at-will gap closer). Damage is good but not over the top, defense is good but still very killable. No range means CC…
Rift is the current best non-WoW MMO on the market, but it's distinctly different from NWO since it still uses tab targetting. So yah, people will migrate over there, but anyone looking for action mmo is going to be playing NWO or TERA. Tera is prettier, but not necessarily better, btw.
For pve, as long as the encounters are not balanced based on the assumption that people will have the end game enchants, I don't see a problem. Now for pvp, I think this is the wrong game to look for any type of satisfying pvp. We all know it's thrown in as an after thought. And we know people can destroy you with gear. So…
