With loadouts do you have to farm, restore, and vivify all new gear or does it transfer when you switch to a new loadout?

I get that timed out error almost everytime I try and log in ever since their five hour server maintenance a While back. It's so frustrating

Someone mentioned that the DC has a feat path that is debuff and I'm curious if anyone knows what it is? I play as a DC and have yet to notice any debuff feats and would like to take a look

Sometimes it does not allow you to invite a person to a group while in the dungeon. I have been the group leader and I always get the red error message when trying

Sometimes when I focus on the tank it says it finds some random items laying around and I don't receive anything so that part may be apart of the RNG but I don't feel like not being able to focus on it at all is

I have been getting a connection to login server error and have to try and sign in all over again and hope that it works. If I get in the game I'm usually fine but if I try and switch characters I usually get the error again. I'm not saying it's the cause but I haven't had this happen until the 5 hour maintenance

So do you need to do the 2 queues, 2 events, and 2 professions tasks everyday to move forward? My professions level isn't very high

I know the set bonus, I was asking if that's why it was significant but I guess that's my answer...I didn't think losing all of those stats were worth it...
