Yes, this has been an ongoing issue. It should be a simple fix for cryptic as other games make the trade window disappear when someone declines and the whole trade process has to start anew if they want to continue to trade. This seems to stop the issue as you described above.
I feel your pain:(( 4 of my 5 level 60 dungeon runs, yesterday, ended this way. 3 of the 4 were disconnects and the 4th person left when they ran out of play time. I would prefer some other method, maybe one that requires 3 votes to kick someone, whatever method other then the one currently employed.
Well said. As it stands, my lvl 60 cleric sits gathering dust as I find it unplayable as it is. Guess her status wont change based on what I am reading:((

Although this worked, originally, the issue has started, yet again yesterday and today. The only difference is that I don't see any files downloading on the top left of the screen.
