Is there a good guide with pictures or a video explaining Refining Enhancements. I just did the quest with Bradda in the Sage's Shop. I did it too fast. Did not pay attention. I'm not sure what I did. I partly understand some parts of Refining Enhancements. Did some searching for anything explaining simple Refining Enhancements. Could not find one. Neverwinter.gamepedia.com pages on Refining Enhancements, Dark Enhancement Rank 1, Bradda, and Sage's Shop.
Any ideas?
I think...To do it you must have 1) an item that has a "Dark Enchantment" slot. and 2) a "Dark Enchantment" stone...that are purchased from Bradda the Sage and sometimes found as loot. Other than that I get fuzzy. Any suggestions, links, web pages, etc.

I haven't played for 5 years. I didn't pay attention to what I was doing. I was thinking of Refine Enchantment. But the option that showed was not Refine Enchantment. Any suggestions on how to replace the knives?

There is no need to go on a quest to understand Refinement. I can explain it somewhat. Thanks. The Sage. The Sage? What is this quest to see the sage? Can I do this quest again? Where do I go to do the quest? Should I delete my character and start over to get an explanation of refinement and how to refine?

I was able to sell both mementos to Piniwin the Apprentice in Blacklake District. I hope my post wasn't too harsh. I'm not sure now. But I don't think it would sell in the Halloween City where I got it.
