Coralyssa Mail: "Meet me in Protector's Enclave." Where? How? Who is this?

Cryptic? Yes.
Received email from an NPC I presume--Coralyssa. Letter says meet me in Protector's Enclave if you want to understand what kind of trouble you're in, and what it means to be a Warlock. You'll be able to figure out who I am.
So I'm in Protector's Enclave. Coralyssa is not on the map. No sparkle trail. Nothing to click on in the Letter. Searching Neverwinter gamepedia, and the internet turned up Meet Your Master: http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Meet_Your_Master
It's for level 30 Scourge Warlock. But this is a level 10 S. Warlock. Even if it was a level 30 there still is no clue how to find Coralyssa. This page gives some information but nothing about engaging the quest or whatever.
Anyone know what's going on here? Is it a bug? How is Coralyssa found or how do you figure out who she is?
I have tried but cannot find any leads or clues to follow to continue this Coralyssa thing.
Is this another player or a real part of the game?

    She is on a landing near the stairs, if you're going from the main "ground level" up to where Sgt. Knox is. It's a class-specific quest line, and it has a pretty interesting conclusion, (I won't give any more away). She's a Tiefling.

    It's my favorite class quest line to date. As @bioshrike says, if you have the invocation circle of the Temple of Tyr at your back, take the left flight of stairs down one level and she's there, on your right.

    ...also: the global problem-solver for this and many other likewise:

    Press "J" to open your Journal, make that quest the active one, highlight the quest path (tickable/toggleable in the columns to the right). Prest, Bingo!!! you get a sparklepath and a beacon to help you find her...

    They're talking about the in game mail you get to go talk to her initially.

    Message me in game "Kymos@gomok72" and I'll show you where she is.

    She is to the left of the far right steps going towards Lord Neverwinter.

    It will be a Tiefling female standing there, right by the fountain.

    I may not be considered by most the BEST PVP Warlock on the server but, I am the most HATED amongst them.
