Can you please fix chill? It's been broken since the feywild release! It no longer stacks on bosses (the debuff for feat/chilling presence purposes, of course bosses can't actually freeze)

You should also take note that chill no longer stacks on bosses, which is kind of a big deal. Also a real downer for those of us using chilling presence.

Actually, chill is currently not stacking on bosses. Cryptic has still not confirmed that this is either a bug, or a stealth change.

I noticed this wasn't discussed at all in the patch notes for today, which surprisingly only included a few things. Can we please be told if this change was intentional (stealh-change, not in patch notes!) or a bug? Because it's quite important to know which. Thanks.

I'd be happy if chill stacks actually worked on bosses anymore. They don't.

You didn't include the fact that Chill no longer stacks on bosses. Is it a bug, or did you really stealth-patch that and ruin all cold wizard builds? Please confirm.
